The Talent Toppers is seeking a seasoned Subscription Business Growth Manager to oversee and optimize its subscription-based products or services. This includes developing strategies to acquire and retain subscribers, managing the subscription lifecycle, and analyzing key metrics to drive growth.

This role reports to the Head of Digital and requires a Bachelor's Degree (B. Tech or equivalent) with 7+ years of experience in subscription-based business models, partnerships, or relevant field.

Required Skills:

  • Partnership development, negotiation, and management
  • Excellent analytical skills with data interpretation
  • Financial modeling and forecasting
  • Legal and regulatory compliance related to subscriptions
  • Familiarity with the automotive industry is a plus

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a passion for driving business growth through subscription-based models.
