Job Description:Achieve consistent Month-on-Month (MoM) revenue stability, strengthen customer retention, and drive annual growth from both existing and new customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Retention & Churn Reduction:
- Perform cohort analysis to identify churn patterns and at-risk segments.
- Leverage RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) segmentation to tailor retention efforts.
- Retention Campaigns:
- Build personalized retention workflows (push notifications, SMS, emails) for:
- Win-back campaigns for lapsed customers.
- Upselling and cross-selling relevant products to active users.
- Develop exclusive loyalty rewards or subscription models for recurring purchases.
- Customer Experience Improvements:
- Optimize the app's UX for seamless ordering and reordering.
- Address delivery issues and product quality concerns swiftly with a robust feedback mechanism.
- Revenue Growth from Existing Customers:
- AOV (Average Order Value) Enhancement:
- Easy to apply hacks like combo packs to frequently bought items at check-out to drive upsell
- Subscription Plans:
- Scale app-exclusive subscriptions for essentials with custom delivery preferences including long-term subscriptions
- AOV (Average Order Value) Enhancement:
- New Customer Acquisition & Growth:
- Hyper-Targeted Campaigns:
- Utilize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, and programmatic ads) for geographies with high dairy consumption, specifically in the existing markets/states of Karnataka, TN, and Telangana .
- New Initiatives - Referral programs to content-led hacks for consistent growth cycles.
- Data-Driven Marketing Automation (based on clear data-backed findings):
- Implement dynamic customer journeys based on app behavior (e.g., first purchase, high-frequency users).
- Predictive Analytics:
- Use machine learning to predict churn risk and high-LTV customers.
- Offer targeted promotions for high-risk users.
- Performance Dashboards:
- Set up real-time dashboards tracking revenue metrics, churn, and retention performance.
- Hyper-Targeted Campaigns:
Masters in Business Administration from a reputed college into Marketing or Data Analytics, or a related field.
10+ years of Experience working as a Growth Marketing Specialist.
Expertise in cohort analysis, RFM segmentation, and deriving actionable insights.
