The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in channel networking, particularly in the real estate vertical. They should be well-versed in understanding local broker networks and have a proven track record of penetrating new markets and establishing partnerships.
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual who can establish and maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers, and sub-broker networks within an assigned territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing sales strategies to grow revenue and representing our company's products and services to partners to achieve recruitment and sales objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Establishing, onboarding, maintaining, and expanding relationships with channel partners, brokers, and sub-broker networks
- Establishing contact with leads generated from the channel network
- Building up channel partner networks
- Collaborating with channel partners
- Post-sales activities
- Client documentation
Requirements:
- Graduate (Any Stream)
- Excellent communication and selling skills required
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Able to work as part of a team
- Familiarity with local geography is an asset
What We Offer:
- An estimated salary range of ₹5.50 lakhs to ₹7.50 lakhs per annum, depending on experience
- Commissions-based performance incentives
