Job Overview

Zoop is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Client Manager to play a key role in the growth and development of our business. This individual will be responsible for managing relationships with our most important clients, identifying opportunities for expansion, and ensuring that their needs are met.

About You

We are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with professionals at all levels. Proven experience in sales and solution-based selling is essential, as well as the ability to problem-solve and negotiate effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop relationships with key clients to identify opportunities for growth and expansion
  • Understand client needs and requirements, and develop solutions to meet those needs
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients
  • Resolve any issues or problems faced by clients in a timely and professional manner
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our business through new sales and account expansion
