Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for growing our revenue by ensuring that key clients are satisfied with the services provided. This involves identifying new business opportunities for key clients, attending meetings, conventions, and training workshops. You will also develop relationships with potential clients and analyze data and sales statistics to improve business and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and Sustaining Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients across India, with a central base in Bangalore and travel to other cities as needed.
  • Account Oversight: Successfully oversee Key accounts, spanning cities across India, with a central base in Bangalore and travel to other cities as needed.
  • Client Complaint Resolution: Address and resolve key clients' complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Internal Team Collaboration: Act as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Account Team Supervision: Supervise the account teams assigned to each key client, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Compile reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate contracts with key clients and meet established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client's long-term goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Sales, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Key Account Management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to build rapport with key clients and handle multiple client accounts.

Estimated Salary: ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 per annum.
