Job Description

FyerX is a dynamic staffing agency seeking a seasoned Account Manager to spearhead client relationships, drive business growth, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.

About the Role

This pivotal position demands a strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering world-class client service. As an Account Manager at FyerX, you will be responsible for building and maintaining robust relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and developing tailored staffing solutions.

You will also identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop strategic sales plans, and negotiate contracts to maximize profitability. Additionally, you will oversee project lifecycles, assign resources effectively, and monitor timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in account management or a similar role in a staffing agency.
  • Strong understanding of the staffing industry and recruitment processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM and project management tools.

We are offering a competitive salary of $22,500 per month in hand for the initial 6 months, escalating to $27,500 per month thereafter. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work from home, enjoying a dynamic work environment that prioritizes flexibility and work-life balance.
