Senior Business Development and Client Servicing Manager
Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled business development and client servicing manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of owning client accounts, driving revenue growth, and delivering success in corporate events, experiential marketing, and brand partnerships.
The role demands a strong sales leader who can secure high-value business deals with corporates and brands. You will independently manage and grow key client accounts while ensuring profitability. You must take ownership of account revenue growth, driving both revenue growth and cost efficiency.
Key responsibilities include revenue generation, client acquisition, relationship management, proposal and pitch leadership, market intelligence, cross-functional collaboration, and event planning and execution. You will oversee end-to-end delivery - logistics, budgets, vendors, and post-event reporting.
As a senior business development and client servicing manager, you will be responsible for building long-term partnerships with clients, ensuring repeat business and upsell opportunities. You will lead teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects from pitch to execution across multiple event formats.
Our ideal candidate has 5-7 years of experience in business development or client servicing, preferably in the events, advertising, or brand activations industry. They possess a strong network of corporate connects with marketing and procurement heads, excellent interpersonal, pitching, and negotiation skills.
They also have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue goals and technical knowledge of event production, costing, and budgeting. Bonus points if they have familiarity with event planning tools/software.
