Branch Leader Role

We are seeking an experienced Branch Leader to oversee the operations of our financial services branch.

  • This is a senior leadership role requiring significant experience in equity trading, team management, and business development.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the financial services industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team of professionals.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead a high-performing team to drive revenue growth through equity trading, third-party product sales, and new client acquisition.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and branch profitability.
  3. Manage day-to-day branch operations to ensure seamless service delivery, compliance with regulatory standards, and risk mitigation.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with HNIs, Ultra-HNIs, and retail clients by providing personalized investment solutions and timely advice.
  5. Provide actionable market insights to clients and team members, stay updated on equity market trends, macroeconomic outlook, and corporate developments.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in the equity market, including at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to perform under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong analytical mindset with financial and market acumen, entrepreneurial drive to scale branch business and profitability.
