Job Title: Financial Management Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Financial Management Leader. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and asset management, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage assets of existing funds to maximize returns.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and provide regular reports to the investment committee.
  • Track project performance against underwriting assumptions and update financial models accordingly.
  • Prepare approval papers for the board.
  • Contribute to the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Support the raising of new private funds by preparing financial models and presentations.
  • Draft investment committee papers to present investment opportunities to the board and investment committee.
  • Prepare management reports and board materials for presentation to the board and investment committee.

Requirements:

  • CA/CFA/MBA in Finance.
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to deliver results, lead, excite/challenge, and affirm/encourage to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Fluent communication - oral/written.
  • Positive attitude and self-starter, leadership skills.
  • Ability to take ownership, teamwork, problem-solving skills.
  • Good presentation skills, analytical skills, strong networking skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
