As an Audit Associate Manager, you will be responsible for leading teams on planning and execution of audits, reviews, or compilations for various clients.

This includes overseeing day-to-day operations, providing supervision and support to team members, and collaborating with engagement partners to resolve client issues.

You will also be responsible for managing multiple engagements concurrently, creating and tracking engagement budgets, and conducting evaluations of team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead engagement teams in the planning and execution of audit services, including real estate, technology, and financial services clients.
  2. Supervise daily operations of audit engagements, including staffing, risk assessment, financial reporting, and conclusion.
  3. Provide guidance and support to engagement staff, seniors, and supervisors while promoting open communication with engagement partners.
  4. Collaborate with engagement team partners to resolve complex client issues and develop solutions.
  5. Manage multiple audit engagements simultaneously to meet client deadlines efficiently.
  6. Develop and track engagement budgets to identify areas of improvement during audits.
  7. Conduct performance evaluations of team members, providing constructive feedback and counsel.
