The Enterprise Sales Leader is a critical role responsible for driving revenue growth in the CCTV segment. Key responsibilities include developing and executing strategic plans, achieving sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth in the CCTV segment.
- Achieve growth by meeting sales targets set by management.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expand market share, and foster long-term relationships with key clients.
- Utilize technical knowledge of CCTV systems to provide expertise and support to System Integrators and consultants during tendering processes for projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and meet customer needs.
- Stay informed about industry trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging technologies related to CCTV and surveillance solutions.
- Analyze market data, customer insights, and sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies.
Pre-requisites for this role include a bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field, and an MBA is preferred. A proven track record of success in sales and operations within the CCTV or security industry, strong technical knowledge of CCTV systems, leadership skills, excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities, and analytical mindset are also essential.
