Application Manager Opportunity

Position Summary:

The IT Application Manager will be accountable for managing and ensuring seamless operations of all academic, administrative, and enterprise IT applications.

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise applications.
  • Ensure high availability, reliability, and security of all academic and administrative applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Application Management & Operations

  • Deploy, configure, upgrade, integrate, and optimize performance of enterprise applications.
  • Oversee issue resolution, incident management, and root cause analysis for application-related problems.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with academic leaders to understand requirements and deliver effective IT solutions.
  • Act as the primary liaison with application vendors and service providers.

Strategic Planning & Governance

  • Define and execute the application roadmap in alignment with institutional goals.
  • Establish governance standards, documentation, and compliance with IT policies.

Integration & Data Management

  • Drive seamless integration of CRM, SIS, LMS, ERP, HRMS, and other systems.
  • Maintain data integrity, consistency, and accessibility across platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline (Master's preferred).
  • 15+ years of experience in IT application management, ideally in higher education environments.
  • Expertise in managing enterprise applications, including Salesforce CRM, ERP, SIS, LMS, and related systems.
  • Strong experience in application integration, vendor management, and IT governance.
