Senior Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee security, vigilance, and liaison functions. The ideal candidate will implement and enforce various security measures across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive security strategies to safeguard employees, assets, and infrastructure at assigned sites, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and propose effective mitigation plans to minimize potential threats.
  • Oversee the functionality of CCTV, access control, and other security systems to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain relationships with outsourced security service providers, providing feedback for improvement.
Vigilance and Compliance
  • Regularly audit and monitor adherence to security policies, identifying and addressing any potential gaps or weaknesses.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote awareness programs on organizational policies and ethics, fostering a culture of integrity and accountability.
Liaisoning Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with local law enforcement and government authorities, facilitating cooperation and open communication.
  • Assist in obtaining necessary permits, licenses, and regulatory approvals, ensuring smooth operations and minimizing disruptions.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for external stakeholders during audits, inspections, and crisis situations.
Investigation of Complaints
  • Conduct thorough investigations into internal complaints, including POSH cases and security incidents, collaborating with HR, Legal, and Compliance teams as needed.
  • Prepare comprehensive investigation reports with detailed findings and recommendations, driving timely and fair resolution.
Crisis and Emergency Management
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement emergency response procedures, ensuring preparedness and minimization of disruption.
  • Conduct periodic mock drills and site readiness exercises to ensure prompt response to crisis situations.
  • Coordinate with local authorities during emergencies to mitigate impact on operations and maintain stakeholder confidence.
