We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Incentive Compensation Expert to join our team at Novo Nordisk. This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented professional to leverage their expertise in sales incentive compensation to drive strategic growth and excellence within our organization.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of innovative sales incentive compensation plans, ensuring alignment with strategic growth objectives and industry best practices. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive thought leadership and foster a culture of strategic thinking and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, modeling, and execution of sales incentive compensation plans, leveraging industry best practices and regulatory standards.
- Drive thought leadership in the development and implementation of innovative incentive plans aligned with strategic growth objectives.
- Implement robust quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet industry standards and comply with regulations.
- Effectively manage project resources and budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to project timelines and financial parameters.
- Oversight of comprehensive data collection, analysis, and reporting to support IC modeling and performance reporting for stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5+ years in Pharma Sales Incentive Compensation and leadership roles.
- Proficiency with market IC tools like Javelin, Sales IQ, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills, with a proven track record in IC design, quota setting, and performance analysis.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder relationship management skills.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include a comprehensive health insurance plan, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for professional development and growth.
