Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement total rewards philosophies aligned with business objectives
- Lead the finalization of annual increments and year-end variable payouts
- Develop and maintain compensation and benefits policies, plans, and programs
- Collaborate with HR teams to ensure effective implementation of performance management and recognition frameworks
- Partner with internal teams to develop deep understanding of job responsibilities for evaluation of pay levels
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
