Strategic Talent Development Professional

This is an exciting opportunity to drive workforce performance, utilization, and retention within a dynamic organization. As a Strategic Talent Development Professional, you will be responsible for managing the full performance management lifecycle, including talent development, succession planning, and employee growth.
Key Responsibilities- Support and drive the performance management process, ensuring regular performance reviews and feedback sessions are conducted.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to set performance goals, provide coaching, and implement improvement plans when necessary.
- Analyze talent management data (e.g., turnover rates, training effectiveness) and present insights to management for continuous improvement.
- Design and develop growth paths and competency frameworks for different job families.
- Prior 5-7 years of experience in Performance Management & Retention Cycle.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
- A high level of professionalism, courtesy, and tact in all interactions.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable plans.
