Job DescriptionThe Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various functions to fuel our growth. This individual will oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, and work closely with hiring managers to ensure a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding for roles across functions such as engineering, product, marketing, and operations.
- Talent Sourcing: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates through various channels (e.g., social media, job boards, networking, referrals).
- Candidate Experience: Deliver a high-quality experience for all candidates, ensuring clear communication, timely feedback, and a positive representation of the company brand.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs, create job descriptions, and establish recruitment timelines.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Drive initiatives to attract diverse talent and create an inclusive hiring process that aligns with the company's D&I goals.
- Data-Driven Recruitment: Utilize data and metrics to track recruitment performance, analyze trends, and continuously improve hiring processes.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment. The ideal candidate should have:
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record in high-growth startups.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
