Essential Job Functions:

  • Conduct complex analyses on market trends, job evaluations, pay scales, and compensation strategies. Provide insights and recommendations for compensation adjustments and new initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership to design and implement effective compensation programs and structures.
  • Manage compensation-related data within HRIS systems. Generate reports for leadership review and decision-making.
  • Ensure compensation programs are compliant with legal and regulatory standards. Participate in audits and reviews as needed.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, advising management on compensation-related issues and best practices.
  • Lead compensation-related projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Finance, or Related Field.
  • 6+ years Experience in compensation analysis, with a proven track record of handling complex compensation projects.

The Compensation Expert Lead will have access to comprehensive benefits, including a salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience, plus additional incentives.
