Established in 1960, ELGi Equipments Limited is a global leader in air compressor manufacturing with a broad line of innovative compressed air systems. To support our international expansion into over 100 countries, we are seeking a highly skilled Rewards & Incentives Management Specialist. This role plays a pivotal part in designing and implementing reward structures while evaluating and enhancing the performance management system (PMS) framework globally. Key responsibilities include managing compensation benchmarking, pay range development, and the annual merit planning process, alongside driving PMS awareness, goal setting, and performance reviews. Our ideal candidate will have proven expertise in handling end-to-end PMS and compensation structures, as well as exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Job Description:- Analyze, design, and implement compensation structures, including salary ranges, Short-Term Incentive (STI), and Long-Term Incentive (LTI) plans.
- Conduct market benchmarking and participate in compensation surveys to provide data-driven insights for competitive pay structures.
- Perform detailed cost analysis of compensation programs and prepare recommendations for leadership.
- Collaborate with finance and HR teams to ensure accurate and timely disbursement of salary revisions, bonuses, and incentives.
- Provide analytical support on reward programs to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and market trends.
- MBA in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- 5-10 years of experience in compensation, benefits, and performance management.
- Strong analytical and data mining skills; proficient in Excel and HR analytics tools.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 depending on qualifications and location.
