About the Job:

As a key member of our Total Rewards Team at Meesho, you will contribute significantly to the design and implementation of our Total Rewards Philosophy, encompassing cash and equity-based compensation, employee benefits, and wellness.

Your responsibilities will include liaising with our Talent Acquisition Team, HRBPs, and business leaders to communicate our Total Rewards frameworks and identify problems. You will provide data-backed recommendations for current compensation positioning, new hire salaries, pay increases, internal pay parity, transparency, and external market competitiveness.

Furthermore, you will participate in compensation surveys to determine our company's competitive position, analyze data, and develop appropriate pay ranges. You will also conduct annual budgeting for people cost, create frameworks for pay increases, and ensure their effective implementation.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to engage in extensive benchmarking and networking to present insights that improve our processes. Your expertise in equity compensation data, budgeting, and distribution of equity grants to employees, along with managing equity pool data & systems, will be highly valued.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around ₹30-40 LPA based on the job requirements and location.
