Job Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • MBA in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • 5-10 years of experience in compensation, benefits, and performance management.
  • Proven expertise in handling end-to-end PMS and compensation structures.
  • Strong analytical and data mining skills; proficient in Excel and HR analytics tools.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration.

Job Description

The HR CoE Rewards & Performance Management Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing compensation structures, including salary ranges, short-term and long-term incentive plans.
  • Managing compensation benchmarking, pay range development, and annual merit planning.
  • Driving PMS awareness, goal setting, and performance reviews.
  • Evaluating the existing PMS framework and designing a globally standardized and integrated system.
  • Acting as the custodian of the performance management process, ensuring timely and efficient execution of KRAs and KPIs.

Elgi Equipments Limited offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
