Insurance Channel Business Development Lead

About This Role:

This position plays a key role in driving the insurance business through strategic channels, including retail, non-residential, and business banking.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional results by leveraging key performance indicators such as activation, productivity, average tenure of sale, and quality parameters.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted sales campaigns to increase insurance penetration within existing client bases
  • Determine effective strategies to drive business quality, persistency, and customer redressal resolutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance market engagement and customer communications on key business performance metrics
  • Provide comprehensive training sessions to boost the productivity of the sales team
  • Create tailored customer propositions for high-value sales opportunities
  • Analyze industry trends, competitive benchmarking, technology advancements, and regulatory changes to inform strategic business decisions
  • Prepare detailed business cases and presentations for senior reviews
Requirements:

Candidates must possess at least 10 years of experience in the life insurance domain, with a minimum of 5 years in bancassurance. Ideally, they should have worked in both insurance companies and banks.
