The role involves developing and managing relationship with the channel, optimizing distribution and ensuring business growth through effective channel engagement and sales execution. Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partner Management: Build and nurture relationships with the channel to maximize business potential.
  • Sales Growth & Target Achievement: Drive insurance sales through channel, ensuring achievement of revenue and volume targets.
  • Training & Enablement: Arranging training sessions for channel to enhance product knowledge and improve sales effectiveness.
  • Market Insights & Strategy: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
  • Team Management: Guiding and motivating the IDD

Area Managers in achievement of the assigned insurance business targets through the channel.

  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies while managing risk in sales processes.
