Position Summary:
We are seeking a visionary National Sales Manager to lead Lafit Lightings nationwide sales strategy and drive business growth across India. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring a proven track record in sales strategy, dealer network expansion, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping Lafits market presence, building influential networks, and driving revenue growth in one of the fastest-growing segments of the lighting industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a robust 3-year rolling sales strategy, focusing on product growth and regional expansion.
- Market Expansion: Build and scale nationwide distribution through exclusive Lafit Galleries and an extensive dealer and channel partner network.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and strengthen relationships with lighting consultants, architects, interior designers, PMCs, MEP consultants, developers, and retailers.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage regional sales managers, B2B teams, and project sales teams to achieve organizational objectives.
- Operational Excellence: Monitor sales targets, ensure timely collections, manage inventory effectively, and enhance channel efficiency.
- People Development: Design competitive incentive structures and implement impactful training and development programs for sales teams and partners.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Production, R&D, and Quality Control teams to align market demand with innovative product offerings.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Education: MBA in Sales & Marketing; an engineering background is preferred.
Experience: Minimum 10 years in the lighting industry, with at least 3 years in a national or senior regional leadership role.
