We are seeking an experienced Acquisition and Growth Manager to drive business growth through strategic customer acquisition and retention strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive customer engagement strategies to drive new customer acquisition for our Mutual Fund vertical.
- Growth Levers Optimization: Optimize digital and offline channels to maximize acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Partnerships and Collaborations: Build partnerships with key stakeholders to accelerate customer growth and improve retention rates.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics and insights to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to drive improvement in acquisition, retention, and customer satisfaction.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and business teams to deliver measurable growth outcomes and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- 6-9 years of experience in acquisition and growth roles within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition models, digital funnels, and retention strategies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
