Strategic Business Development Manager

As a strategic business development manager, you will play a key role in driving growth and expansion of our BFSI clients. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with senior-level decision-makers, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to achieve revenue goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to build trust and confidence.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through research and outreach.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5-10 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Previous experience in consultative sales of data, analytics, and research is preferred.
  • Strong connections with senior-level decision-makers in the BFSI sector.
  • Knowledge of banking and NBFC processes and regulations.
  • Proven customer acquisition and retention skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
