Unlock Business Growth through Strategic Partnerships

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to establish and manage key relationships with partners, drive revenue growth, and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Evaluate New Partnership Opportunities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new partnership opportunities aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Negotiate Partnership Agreements: Negotiate partnership agreements, contracts, and service-level agreements (SLAs) with partners to ensure mutual benefits.
  • Monitor Partner Performance: Track KPIs and implement improvements to strengthen partnerships and optimize business outcomes.
  • Provide Training and Support: Offer partners training, resources, and support to enhance collaboration and business performance.
  • Manage Onboarding and Enablement: Coordinate partner onboarding and enablement processes to ensure seamless integration.
  • Resolve Issues Promptly: Address partner issues promptly and maintain a high level of partner satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities to make strategic decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Channel Manager, or similar role in driving revenue growth and establishing strategic partnerships.
  • Strong Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business development and partnership management principles, including negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Strategic Thinker: A strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Ability to Work Independently: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
