**Life Insurance Channel Strategy Manager Role Overview**
This is a key role that requires strategic planning and execution of sales channel campaigns to drive growth.
The successful candidate will have experience in managing campaigns across multiple channels, including Agency, Banca, and Direct Marketing. Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze sales trends, customer insights, and campaign performance metrics are essential for this role.
Additionally, the candidate should have excellent stakeholder management skills and be able to collaborate with senior sales leaders, marketing, product, and training teams.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute data-driven sales channel campaigns to drive cross-sell, upsell, and new business growth.
- Own end-to-end campaign planning and execution, ensuring seamless execution at branch and field levels.
- Analyze campaign effectiveness using sales data, customer responses, and channel feedback.
- Implement A/B testing, segment-based targeting, and performance-based refinements to improve conversion rates.
- Work closely with frontline sales teams, regional heads, and branch leaders to ensure campaign adoption.
**Preferred Candidate Profile**
7-12 years of experience in life insurance sales with a strong focus on frontline sales campaign management.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Sales channel expertise: hands-on experience in managing campaigns for Agency, Banca, and Direct Marketing.
- Campaign strategy and execution: strong understanding of campaign lifecycle, from conceptualization to performance analysis.
- Data-driven approach: ability to analyze sales trends, customer insights, and campaign performance metrics.
- Stakeholder management: experience collaborating with senior sales leaders, marketing, product, and training teams.
