Job Title: Bid and Proposal Manager

Tendering/Bid/Proposal Specialist Role:

We are seeking a skilled Bid and Proposal Manager to lead our end-to-end tendering process. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker with excellent writing and analytical skills.

  • Develop and manage tenders for Oil and Gas, Energy sectors.
  • Lead bid management from initial stages to finalisation, including technical write-up and cost estimation.
  • Identify relevant tenders through various resources and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Prepare pre-qualification documents, EOI, BIDS, and attend pre-bid meetings.
  • Coordinate with the execution team and maintain liaison with external parties for bidding jobs.
  • Liaise with customers on day-to-day correspondence and contractual matters.
  • Generate MIS reports and tender tracking updates.
  • Achieve order booking targets from tenders.
  • Maintain documentation and update credentials regularly.
  • Conduct business sales forecasting.
  • Ensure new empanelment and renewal of existing agency relationships.

Requirements:

  • B.Tech Electrical/Mechanical + 10 years of experience in bidding/Tendering; overall 10-15 years of experience.
  • Prior MBA preferred but not essential.

  • Strategic thinking and analytical ability.
  • Excellent writing and calculation skills.
