Business Development Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our sales team. This role requires working in Gurugram and involves collaborating with colleagues at least three days a week in the office.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Analyze RFPs and client materials to comprehend project scope and requirements.
  2. Create proposal templates aligned with client needs and company branding guidelines.
  3. Collaborate with project managers to prepare competitive proposals, including researching, writing, compiling, and editing content to ensure consistent messaging.
  4. Work closely with pursuit teams to resolve open items during the proposal development process.
  5. Publish master drafts of proposals by incorporating edits and sending revised drafts to stakeholders.
Key Qualifications:
  • Postgraduate or graduate degree in a relevant field is preferred; other postgraduate degrees may also be considered.
  • A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in pre-sales or bid management environments.
  • Experience working as part of bid teams in professional services environments.
