Business Proposal Specialist Role

This senior role involves crafting compelling business proposals that drive growth and success. The Business Proposal Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs and showcase the value proposition of our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the end-to-end proposal process for clients, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication of value propositions.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and tech teams to design customised solutions and offerings.
  • Develop sponsorship decks, pitch documents, and partnership proposals for key initiatives.
  • Write and edit proposals that highlight client benefits, ROI, and innovation impact.
  • Maintain a library of proposal content for efficient turnaround.
  • Track proposal outcomes, analyse feedback, and implement continuous improvements.
  • Ensure consistency and quality standards are maintained across all submissions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in proposal management.
  • Strong business writing, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate technical details into client-focused narratives.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, Canva/PowerPoint; familiarity with proposal tools is a plus.
