As a Proposal Strategist, you will play a key role in developing and preparing winning proposals that showcase our expertise and meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine Proposal Concept: Identify opportunities, study RFPs, and attend strategy meetings to develop a clear understanding of the proposal's scope and objectives.
  • Meet Proposal Deadlines: Establish priorities and target dates for information gathering, writing, review, approval, and transmittal to ensure timely submission of high-quality proposals.
  • Coordinate Requirements: Work with contributors to gather and assemble information, coordinate submissions and collections, and identify risks associated with proposals.
  • Develop Proposals: Assemble information on project nature, objectives, outcomes, deliverables, implementation methods, timetable, staffing, standards of performance, and evaluation to create comprehensive proposals.
  • Write and Edit Drafts: Write, revise, and edit drafts, including executive summaries, conclusions, and organization credentials, to ensure clarity, coherence, and effectiveness.
