We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Innovator to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.

  • Analyzing customer needs: The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and addressing complex technical issues by determining appropriate solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Technical documentation creation: Our ideal candidate will create detailed technical diagrams, flowcharts, formulas, and other written documentation to support projects and ensure clarity in communication.
  • Mentorship and guidance: We are looking for someone who can provide expert guidance to junior engineers on projects within their areas of expertise, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Research and analysis: The Technical Innovator will conduct research on new technologies and products to recommend improvements to current processes, ensuring we stay at the forefront of innovation.
  • Design and development: Our team member will develop designs for new products or systems based on customer specifications, applying technical expertise to drive business success.
  • Problem-solving and review: This role involves researching existing technologies to determine how they could be applied in new ways to solve problems, as well as reviewing existing products or concepts to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
  • Proposal development: The successful candidate will prepare proposals for new projects, identifying potential problems and proposing effective solutions to drive business growth.
  • Project planning and evaluation: Our ideal candidate will estimate costs and scheduling requirements for projects and evaluate results to ensure efficient project delivery.
