Our luxury residential interiors client seeks a skilled professional to join their procurement team as a Procurement Strategist.

As a key member, you will oversee overall procurement processes, including strategic sourcing, forecasting, conducting research, negotiating with vendors, evaluating bids, analyzing data, and developing and implementing procurement strategies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing effective procurement and sourcing strategies.
  • Identifying profitable suppliers and establishing procurement partnerships.
  • Building long-term relationships with industry vendors.
  • Preparing block estimates for projects and obtaining necessary approvals.
  • Creating bill of quantities (BOQs) and securing approval from stakeholders.
  • Soliciting proposals based on BOQs.
  • Comparing proposals for price and specifications.
  • Negotiating with vendors to reduce costs through techno-commercial negotiations.
  • Reviewing contract specifications on behalf of the company.
  • Assisting in vendor finalization and ensuring timely delivery of products.

About You:

  • 4+ years of experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
