We are a USA based IT company with head office in New Jersey and offshore offices in India. We provide IT Services and Products aiming for growth in multiple industry sectors through various means while maintaining structure, stability, and core values.

Within our Public Sector vertical, we focus on being approved as a supplier, through USA Federal and State contracts, with at least three additional contract vehicles per year. To achieve this, we strive to enhance corporate knowledge of the Public Sector client's functional needs and operating environment and to offer services that maximize the client's investment.

This role requires an ability to work under pressure and to demanding deadlines. The ideal candidate will have experience in producing and editing proposal content, participating in review meetings/final document review, content sign off and document production.

Key responsibilities include leading responses to Public Sector (US Government experience preferred) at the Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) and Task Order (TO) level, and other responses at the contract program level. Additionally, the successful candidate will lead storyboard sessions with Bid/Proposal team members and key stakeholders, analyze RFPs/RFIs/RFQs to prepare response outlines and compliance matrices, research and write compliant technical material and compelling proposal content, and interact with subject matter experts.

The selected candidate will also assist the Bid/Proposal Manager in developing a proposal, identify and re-work existing pre-written content, deliver completed written proposal responses to the Proposal Manager against agreed RFP deadlines, escalate issues as required, and provide ongoing proposal strategy and support.

Requirements include strong time management/prioritization skills, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and attention to detail. Experience of coordinating and updating a knowledge base system is beneficial.
