Job Title: Sales Manager-Loan Against Property

Function/Department: Loan Against Property

Job Purpose:

The role entails the responsibility of generating car loan business through different channels. It involves administering and training a team of executives to expand commercial vehicle loan business in that particular locality/branch.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and managing channels from the market and acquiring business from them
  • Ensuring quality portfolio by minimizing delinquency and rejection
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of retail assets, products, operations, and current market trends
  • Identifying changing market trends, channel development for acquiring business, and providing high-quality customer service
  • Recommend improvements to processes and policies across the Retail Banking business to drive operational efficiencies and high-quality customer service
  • Mentor and coach senior team members to percolate the ethos of customer centricity, innovation, compliance, and integrity
  • Create an environment for the team to focus on automation and digital enablement to fulfill customer needs holistically
  • Attract and retain best-in-class talent to meet the Bank's rapid growth targets

Education Qualification:

Graduation: Any Graduation

Post-graduation: Any Post-graduation

Experience: 2-5 years of experience in sales
