Job Description

The estimated salary for this role is ₹15,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our revenue growth strategy and drive business expansion. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

  • Our telecom applications are utilized by leading enterprises in India.
  • We focus on the BFSI and Travel & Aviation Sector.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize sales performance.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering and an MBA.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in sales, pre-sales, or customer success, with a proven track record in complex enterprise sales.
  • Experience in Cloud Telephony and / or Complex Telecom Solution Sales is a must.
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes, customer success strategies, and pre-sales activities.
