About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Sales Strategist to spearhead our sales efforts in India. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a fast-growing health-tech startup, ekincare, and drive revenue growth by acquiring high-value clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue large corporate opportunities, targeting 5K+ employee companies across India
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet monthly quotas and drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the insurance, brokerage, and TPA sectors
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships to expand our indirect sales channels and increase market share
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of sales initiatives
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for partnership expansion and revenue growth

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in B2B/Corporate/Enterprise sales with a proven track record of selling to leading brands and corporate organizations
  • Strong networking skills and ability to develop new business opportunities
  • Proficiency in high-value concept and solution selling
  • Excellent business communication (verbal and written) skills and presentation skills suitable for a corporate environment
