Bid and Proposal Management Expert

We're seeking a highly skilled Bid and Proposal Management Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end bid process from opportunity identification through to final submission.

Your primary focus will be on conducting research to influence new business opportunities and creating impact on business proposals. You will develop winning strategies that clearly articulate our value proposition, in-house model benefits, and creative capabilities.

You will collaborate with global and local teams to align solutions with client needs. Your ability to implement AI in research tasks and day-to-day operations will be essential in driving success.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in bid management, proposal writing, or business development within creative agencies, marketing services, or integrated communications.
  • Proven success in winning large-scale, multi-market contracts.
  • Exceptional storytelling, content writing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with AI, automation tools, MS Office Suite, and familiarity with agency workflows.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Prior experience in agency pitch management or marketing procurement will be highly valued.
