Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Proposal Manager – Content Developer to join our team. As a key member of our Sales Enablement function, you will play a critical role in developing high-quality RFP responses for our US Wealth business.

The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for reviewing RFPs and other client materials, building knowledge and understanding of our wealth business, service offerings and strategic priorities, and performing final reviews of proposals drafts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our wealth business, service offerings and strategic priorities
  • Review RFPs and other client materials to gain complete understanding of client requirements
  • Work closely with pursuit teams to resolve open items during the proposal development process
  • Perform final reviews of proposals drafts
  • Assist with the development of templates, improved systems and processes for measuring RFP success
  • Carry out content management activities, including collecting and updating content for proposal database and extracting best practice content
Requirements
  • Postgraduate or graduate degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics preferred
  • 5-8 years of experience in pre-sales/bid management environment
  • Experience of working as part of bid teams in professional services environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Exceptional customer service focus
  • Advanced business writing ability with outstanding grammar and proofreading/editing skills
