The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing, interpreting, and responding to federal RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and task orders.
In addition to excellent writing and editing skills, the candidate must possess a strong understanding of the federal acquisition process (FAR/DFAR) and be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
About the Role- Develop and manage compliance matrices to ensure all submissions meet solicitation requirements.
- Collaborate with capture managers, business development, and technical experts to gather inputs.
- Create and maintain a library of past performance, resumes, and reusable proposal content.
- Proofread, format, and standardize documents for consistency and compliance.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience writing proposals for US federal government contracts and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
Key Skills and Qualifications- Strong understanding of the federal acquisition process (FAR/DFAR).
- Exceptional writing, editing, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
A degree in English, Communications, or a related field is preferred. However, candidates with equivalent experience and qualifications will also be considered.
