Identity Security Specialist

This is a vital role that requires enhancing enterprise identity security and access capabilities while ensuring secure and seamless user access across platforms.

In this critical position, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing, implementing, and managing single sign-on (SSO) solutions across various enterprise applications.
  • Configuring and maintaining Microsoft Entra ID integrations to ensure seamless authentication processes.
  • Implementing and supporting Ping Identity solutions including Ping Access and Ping Federate to provide secure access to authorized users.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure robust authentication and authorization procedures are in place.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving identity federation, authentication, and access issues efficiently.
  • Supporting security audits, compliance, and access governance initiatives to maintain the highest standards of security.
  • Providing technical expertise and knowledge transfer within the team to drive continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 9 years of experience in identity security or related roles.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with SSO technologies and federation protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Entra ID to configure and maintain integrations effectively.
  • Solid experience with Ping Access and Ping Federate for authentication/authorization purposes.
  • Understanding of identity lifecycle management, provisioning, and access governance principles.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in complex enterprise IAM environments.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
