Identity and Access Specialist

Our company is seeking an experienced Identity and Access Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for administering and maintaining identity platforms including Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) policies and be able to implement and manage them across systems. You will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting on identity-related activities, access patterns, and anomalies.

Collaboration with security architects to design and improve identity infrastructure will be a key part of this role. In addition, you will support audits and compliance efforts by providing identity-related evidence and reports. You will also assist in onboarding/offboarding processes and access provisioning/deprovisioning.

Identifying and remediating identity security risks and misconfigurations will be an important aspect of this position. Furthermore, you will develop and maintain documentation for IAM processes and standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience with Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Understanding in identity reporting and analytics (e.g., access logs, entitlement reviews).
  • Understanding of identity architecture, protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID), and lifecycle management.
  • Understanding of managing RBAC models.
  • Knowledge of identity security principles, including least privilege and zero trust.
