Job Overview

This position is responsible for developing and delivering compliant, compelling proposal responses to customers in various types of commercial industries and channel partners.


Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop proposal responses that meet customer needs and enhance business development.
  • Lead the end-to-end proposal development process, from initial review to final submission, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Develop all proposal response materials, including outlines, compliance matrices, and desktop publishing, to showcase company capabilities.
  • Write, edit, proof, organize, format, and produce proposals that demonstrate expertise and value proposition.
  • Foster strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, coordinate with subject matter experts to gather and incorporate technical, financial, and operational information.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to proposal development and submission, ensuring a high-quality outcome.
  • Develop reusable and boilerplate content to improve efficiency and consistency in proposal development.
  • Leverage content management platforms, project management applications, and AI to streamline content creation and task management.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A proven track record of successfully managing and winning competitive proposals.
  • Experience using Responsive (formerly RFPIO) proposal automation software and Asana.
  • Ability to deconstruct requirements and develop a compliance matrix.
  • Strong business and IT modernization acumen, including Cyber Security, Networking, and Artificial Intelligence.
