Job Description

Employvision is seeking an experienced Proposal Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our proposal development team, you will be responsible for developing high-quality proposals that meet the needs of our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the US Federal government contracting process and experience in writing winning proposals. You will be responsible for researching and developing content for proposals, working closely with our sales teams to understand client needs, and collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure that our proposals accurately reflect our capabilities and services.

  • Develop and write high-quality proposals that meet the needs of our clients;
  • Research and develop content for proposals, including market research, competitor analysis, and solution development;
  • Work closely with our sales teams to understand client needs and preferences;
