About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Global E-commerce Sales Strategist to join our dynamic sales team. As a key player in building our world-class sales organization, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and sourcing top-tier D2C brands that align with our mission.

You will be responsible for developing and executing tailored sales strategies to drive revenue growth, establish strategic partnerships, and foster long-term relationships with brand owners. Your analytical mindset, exceptional communication skills, and passion for e-commerce will enable you to excel in this challenging yet rewarding role.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities with D2C brands.
  • Achieve individual and team goals by exceeding performance metrics on deals and revenue generation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at top-tier brands.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Drive negotiations and deal closure in line with company targets.

What We Offer

  • $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales or business development, particularly in B2B environments.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport over phone and email.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with experience working with CRM systems and lead generation tools.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and marketplaces, preferably with experience in B2B lead conversion for small and medium-sized businesses.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Previous experience in a startup environment or entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot and other CRM systems.
