Exp –Minimum 08 years of experience into New Business Development & Sales/ Key Accounts Management / Global business
Qualification - B.E. Chemicals
Job location – Rajasthan
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategy build-up involving proactively pursuing customer-driven innovations and new application fields and managing joint development projects with full accountability.
- Acting as a primary point of contact between the organization and the key accounts being a trusted advisor and understand the needs and goals of the key accounts and align them with the solutions offered by the organization. Developing trust relationships with major clients and ensure they do not turn to competition.
- Apply the overall sales process, aiming to meet or exceed sales targets – value and volume.
- Build relationships with customers and service all customer needs by partnering with customer service team and material planning team to fulfill orders.
- Provide accurate sales forecast, supporting efficient planning of products and services.
- Continuously work on improving product and customer mix by introducing profitable products with real value proposition to customers and improve profit margin with sustainable growth.
