The Key to Unlocking Business Success: Relationship Management Role

Business growth depends on strong relationships between companies and their partners, customers, and employees. As a seasoned relationship manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our corporate partnerships and driving adoption of our salary account offerings.

We are looking for an experienced professional who can identify, source, and onboard medium and large enterprises, ensuring seamless account opening for their employees, and acting as the single point of contact for their financial needs.

This position requires strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with HR/finance decision-makers at corporates. You should be able to drive end-to-end sales cycles, from pitching Jupiter's offerings to signing agreements, to employee onboarding.

Achieving monthly targets for corporate onboarding, account activations, and cross-sell is crucial to this role. We seek an individual who can independently drive end-to-end sales closures and work closely with internal teams to ensure superior customer experience.

To succeed in this position, you will need to have a graduate/postgraduate degree (MBA preferred), 1–7 years of experience in Corporate Sales, Salary Accounts, or Relationship Management in banking/fintech, and proven ability to build and manage CXO/HR-level relationships.

Brownie points include experience mentoring juniors or managing agency/vendor partners, exposure to credit or payment products and their risk/compliance nuances, and familiarity with predictive models and large-scale marketing automation.
