Job Title: Strategic Partnerships Lead

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to lead our strategic partnerships efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth through partnerships with key stakeholders across academia, industry, and government sectors.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B dynamics and partnership ecosystems, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. They will be proficient in Microsoft Office and GSuite, and have the ability to leverage Generative AI tools to create professional and visually compelling proposals.

You will work closely with internal teams and university stakeholders to execute partnership programs and ensure smooth operations. Your role will involve identifying, reaching out to, and onboarding industry partners for internships, workshops, expert talks, and other collaborations. You will also be responsible for tracking, reporting, and optimizing the impact of partnerships on student learning, placement opportunities, and brand building.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to build and scale our brand as the go-to partner for industry collaboration in tech upskilling. You will be a go-getter with a strong sense of initiative, ownership, and professionalism. You will be able to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously, with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth through partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Identify, reach out to, and onboard industry partners for internships, workshops, expert talks, and other collaborations.
  • Develop compelling presentations and proposals that communicate the value propositions of our products and offerings to potential partners.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and university stakeholders to execute partnership programs and ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain relationships with existing partners, ensuring they see value and impact from their engagement with us.
  • Track, report, and optimize the impact of partnerships on student learning, placement opportunities, and brand building.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of B2B dynamics and partnership ecosystems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and GSuite.
  • Ability to leverage Generative AI tools to create professional and visually compelling proposals.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
