Director of Strategic Partnerships

Job Title Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to head our partnership development in the Indian Education sector. This is a high-visibility role that requires building, onboarding, and managing partnerships across key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop & implement a comprehensive partnership strategy for the Indian education market
- Identify, engage, and onboard key partners aligned with business goals
- Negotiate and finalize impactful partnership agreements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for partner success
- Drive joint go-to-market initiatives and partner enablement
- Represent the organization at industry events and conferences
- Track, monitor, and report on partner performance and market insights
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 10–12 years' experience in partnerships/business development/channel management (8–10 yrs relevant in education/tech)
- Strong understanding of the Indian K-12 education ecosystem
- Proven ability to build and manage successful partner networks
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution
Compensation includes competitive salary and hybrid work arrangement based in Bengaluru. Interviews will be held virtually over two rounds.
